I have a computer running Windows XP2.
I continually receive an error message when I try to open programs "Application failed because
ExplorerRestart32.dll was not found."
Is there any way to fix this missing .dll file?
To resolve this issue, replace the
ExplorerRestart32.dll file
1. Backup the file before replacing it.
2. Download the
ExplorerRestart32.dll.
3. Unzip the
ExplorerRestart32.dll
file into the folder.
4. Run application again. Voila!
